These terms cover your use of Poker Manager Pro, operated by Frank A. Burchett, operating as Poker Manager Pro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: support@pokermanager.pro.

The service

Poker Manager Pro is software for organizing home poker games: scheduling, invitations, seating, a tournament clock, and records of buy-ins, rebuys, add-ons, payouts and results. It is a record-keeping tool only.

We don’t take gaming payments of any kind. Poker Manager Pro doesn’t collect, hold, transfer or pay out money for games: no buy-ins, rebuys, add-ons, entry fees, payouts, prizes or wagers. Any money for a game changes hands between players, outside Poker Manager Pro; the amounts in the app are only what hosts record. You are responsible for how you use it and for following the laws where you play.

Your account

Keep your password private and your details accurate. Only add other people’s contact details to a player list if they gave them to you for game invitations. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Poker Manager Pro text messages

Program: Poker Manager Pro texts. We send sign-in codes, password reset links you ask for, and game and player-list invitations from hosts. We don’t send marketing texts.

  • Who gets texts: account holders who tick the texting box on their Account page, and players a host added who replied YES to our one-time request.
  • Message frequency varies with your sign-ins, password resets and the games your hosts schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Text HELP for help, or email support@pokermanager.pro.
  • Text STOP to opt out at any time; you’ll get one message confirming it and no more texts. Text START to opt back in.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy, including how we handle your mobile number and texting consent.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Payout and result calculations are a convenience; check them before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from games played, money exchanged between players, or decisions made using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above, and keep using the service means you accept them.
