Poker Manager Pro (“we”, “us”) is operated by Frank A. Burchett, operating as Poker Manager Pro. This policy explains what we collect when you use thePoker Manager Pro website and app, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: support@pokermanager.pro.
What we collect
- Your account: username, email address, name, nickname, mobile number, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash). If you sign in with Google or Apple, that account’s ID, name and email (with Apple, this may be a private relay address that forwards to you).
- Players hosts add: game hosts can add players to their site’s player list with a name, nickname, email address and mobile number.
- Games: games, seating, finishing places, and the buy-ins, rebuys, add-ons and payouts hosts record. These are records only: we don’t take gaming payments of any kind or hold money for games.
- Texting consent: whether a mobile number agreed to texts, how (the account checkbox or a YES reply), and when it agreed or opted out.
- Sign-in security: sign-in times, failed sign-in attempts, devices you chose to have remembered (a device name and a random key we store only as a hash), and the IP address of sign-in code requests.
- App notifications: if you allow notifications in the mobile app, a notification token for your device.
- Error logs: when something goes wrong, the page or address involved, your browser or app details and IP address. These are deleted after 90 days.
- Visitor stats (website only): which pages are viewed, the site that linked you here (such as Google), your browser and device type, and your rough location (country and city), worked out from your IP address, which isn’t kept. Two cookies (ai_user and ai_session) let us count returning visitors and visits; they hold random IDs, not your name or account. Private links (invitations, RSVPs, password resets) are recorded without their codes. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, no visitor stats are collected. These are deleted after 90 days.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign-in and account security, organizing games, invitations and stats.
- To send the texts and emails you agreed to or asked for: sign-in codes, password reset links and game and player-list invitations.
- To fix problems and keep the service secure.
- To see how many people visit and which pages they use, so we know what to improve.
We don’t send marketing texts, and we don’t use your information for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We share information only with the companies that help us run the service, and only as needed to do so:
- Twilio, to deliver text messages;
- Google or Apple, if you choose to sign in with them;
- Expo and Google Firebase, to deliver mobile app notifications;
- our email delivery provider, to send emails such as password resets;
- our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, which stores the service’s data and our visitor stats (Azure Application Insights).
The host of a site you belong to can see the player information at that site, and your games there. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us, or untick the texting box on your Account page.
- Update your details on the Account page, or email support@pokermanager.pro to ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Delete your account yourself from the Account page, on the website or in the app. Your sign-in, name, email and phone number are erased. Games you played stay in your hosts’ records under the name they entered for you.
Security
Passwords, sign-in codes, reset links and device keys are stored only as hashes. Connections to the service are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
